Does it really cost nothing?
Listing and direct bookings are free — there's no commission on bookings that come through your Maluki page. Your company email is free too.
What about Airbnb and Booking.com?
Keep them. Maluki syncs both calendars so you never double-book, and gives you a commission-free channel of your own alongside them.
How does payment work?
There's no online card processing. Guests request, you confirm, and you arrange payment directly — cash, bank transfer, or card on arrival. You stay in control.
How long does verification take?
Identity and property checks are usually done within 48 hours. Operational and Premium levels follow once you've hosted a few stays.
